Go to https://app.setsail.co. You should see this screen:

Log-in using credentials provided by SetSail

Navigate to → Team Settings page

On the Team Settings page, there is an option for User Management. Click on this will lead to the User Management landing page.

In the User Management landing page, the Ops user can see existing users as well as a number of options that allow for filtering users, bulk actions and adding new users

In order to add a new user, the Ops user will select the “Add New User” button option

Upon clicking “Add New User”, the Ops user will see a number of user details to complete

User details to be added:
- Name
- Email
- CRM Field is necessary for Zoom signal tracking to occur. Anything can be written here even if you don’t have a CRM but that field is required for Zoom signal tracking
- If there is a CRM user and it’s synced the system will automatically discover it based on the users email address
- Role
- Ops
- A SetSail user with permission to add/edit integrations, users, account settings
- Sales Rep
- A standard SetSail user participating in an SBS program and/or SDA CRM writeback
- These users can report to Sales Manager users
- Sales Manager
- A SetSail user that can view the data of Sales Rep users for individual SBS programs
- These user can have Sales Rep users as their reports
- Program
- If SBS programs are setup in your SetSail account, you may select the applicable SBS program for the Sales Rep or Sales Manager user
- If the user is a Sales Rep, upon addition to a program, the user will begin participating in the program and will accrue points for that week’s competition following the next data sync
- Email, Zoom & Calendar Sync
- If the integration with your email and calendar provider (Google, Outlook, Zoom) has already been established, you can check this box and the email, calendar, and Zoom data for the user will begin to sync with SetSail. Without this being selected we would not sync the users data.
- This sync will lead to Signal attainment within SBS programs (both Accelerate & Coach)

Finally, upon completion of the new user’s details, you will be able to create the user by clicking “Create User” or will be able to create the existing user and add additional users by clicking “Create & Add Another User”
